HOW TO BUY

Find a book
Here is the search box (black mark) on every page of our store. Write a title or a key word, or an author name, ISBN or ISSN and click on search buttom (red arrow) or press Enter. When you find an item, click on the title or cover to see product page with a detailed description. Here the information on a book price and availability is included.

Place the order
To order an item press "do koszyka" (Add to Shopping Cart).

 
Check the Shopping Cart following numbers on the colour instruction
1. "Szt." means Number of items
2. "Usuń" means Delete an item
3. When you change number of items you need to press "Przelicz" (Convert)
4. "Wartość zakupów" means Subtotal
5. "Kupuję dalej" means Back to Shop
6. "Idę do kasy" means Go to Cash desk
Once you have all items in your cart click on "idę do kasy" (red arrow)

Create your personal account (log in)
A) Access Your Existing Account click 2. "Jestem już klientem sklepu..."means I am a client of this store, and then fill out 2A.e-mail address and 2B "hasło" (password).
If you do not remember your password use the bottom under2C "Jeżeli nie pamiętasz..."
B) Create a New Account or to make the order with no personal account click 3.

Then press "OK" (red arrow)

Shipping address (Dane do wysyłki)
Please, provide the personal information (* required)
1. Your e-mail address
2. First name
3. Last name
5. Street and number
6. City
7. Postal code
8. Country
9. Region: click on Europa/Europe (incl. Russia and Israel) or "reszta świata"(rest of World)
10. Phone number

Access to newsletter - press  "Tak" (Yes) or "Nie" (No)
If you need VAT invoice - enter "pokaż/ukryj dane" (first red arrow)

Enter "dalej" (second red arrow) to choose payment method and way of shippment

Payment method and shippment:
Payment method:
Make a choice between Credit card (press 1) or Bank transfer (press 2)
Delivery method:
3. Polish Post Office: economy package (usually 5-15 weekdays in Europe, 2 - 6 weeks out of Europe);
4. Air Mail  (usually 5 weekdays in Europe, 10 weekdays out of Europe.

Enter "dalej" (last red arrow) to confirm the order

Order confirmation

If you need to change some information use the following bottoms:
1. Change shipping address
2. Change VAT invoice
3. Change payment method
4. Change shipping way

Enter "wyślij zamówienie" (red arrow) to finish the order and to reach the payment panel to pay by credit card

Payment panel
Press 1. for Credit card
Press 2. For customers outside Poland

Enter "idz do Platnosci.pl" (last red arrow) to pay by credit card

You will receive the order confirmation on your e-mail address given above immediately.

Please, check your e-mail box. The message should be as follows "Twoje zamówienie zostało przyjęte) (We received you order).
When the package is sent on shipping address you will recive the message "Twoje zamówienie zostało zrealizowane" (Your order is fulfilled).
If you do not have the confirmation you need to verify provided personal date (e.g. e-mail address). This option is possible if you have the personal acoount in our store. In other case you need to repeat the order proccess. 

The most important information is that if you have the order number but for some reason you did not make the payment by credit card you need to  make bank transfer using this order number (kod SWIFT: BIGBPLPW ; kod IBAN: PL 39 1160 2202 0000 0000 8746 0152  ). The other way is to make the order again following this whole instruction. Your former oder will be canceled as not paid in 5 days. You will receive the message "Twoje zamówienie zostało anulowane" (Your order was canceled).
